Established since 1996 Maizis Martial Arts Academy proudly serves communities including Stayner, Creemore, Collingwood, Thornbury, Meaford, New Lowell, Angus, and Barrie.
The emphasis of our program is self-discipline, self-control, self-defence, and courtesy.
The structure of respect is built into our martial arts programs. It is a great way to develop increased coordination and flexibility. Programs are available for both adults and children regardless of physical capability.
Maizis Martial Arts Academy is good clean fun for the entire family. We have something for everyone from karate to kickboxing to personal training to corporate training.
